Solving the Problem
Due to the fact that international students have it tough to search for internships, I would like to create a program that selects top talented international students that are doing their absolute best to increase their work experience. What I would like to create is a non-profit organization that helps to pair up international students with great opportunities in diverse fields. These students should go through an application process and if they make it then there will not be a guarantee that they will get an internship but the organization could refer them to partnered companies for specific job applications. In this way, those international students are exposed to job openings and they will be rewarded with the opportunity.

Final Reflection
Sadly, this will be my last post as I have learned a lot from this class. It has been an amazing opportunity to learn from the assignments...

1) Find three people who would fit that segment and arrange to interview them. I interviewed three international students. One from Poland...

In this exercise, I am going to talk a little bit about a time when I failed. I think this past semester I had to learn how to become a bet...
Hi Gerardo, I really like that you decided to go the nonprofit route for this solution. If you could interview some students that were international students that managed to snag jobs while facing the issue. Having their inputs and hopefully being able to craft a system where one can be successful as they follow the path that was laid before them.
